  I telephoned Dee Atkinson & Harrison with a request to view a property for Let that I had seen on line. From my first enquiry the staff were very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Gillian on the phone and she was so pleasant. Liana showed me round the property and she was so kind and understanding and didn't rush me at all. We talked about the village and surrounding villages. I asked for an application form and when I presented at the office in Driffield the Manager Chris took over. He was professional and pleasant as I showed him all relevant papers, bank statements,etc. He did not pry into all my Financial Affairs, but looked at what mattered, the bottom line. I had found with one Estate Agent that she read through all my Bank Statements. I did not like this, found it very intrusive and it was not necessary. Chris could see that I had many Private Pensions, and a healthy Bank balance. More than adequate His decision was quick and I appreciated that. I would like to say that when I had previously made Enquiries about property to let at OTHER Estate Agents I felt that I was being treated as a Second Class Citizen. Not so with Dee Atkinson. They were all so friendly and pleasant. I had to follow up with a couple of telephone Enquiries and they were always answered immediately. I even asked for a chance to view again so I could take some curtain measurements. Again they were only to happy to let me do this, even though it meant Chris being away from the office for an hour. Liana dealt with the final Tenancy Agreement and fees. She was very friendly but also very professional, which is what I would expect. I would certainly recommend them to any one wishing to rent, or buy a property
