  Dear Mr Harrison, I wish to tell you how pleased I am with the work done by one of your staff, Mrs Jeanette Keen. Your company has been managing the renting of my property at 164 Norwood for nearly 20 years. I originally bought this property through you. When the last tennant moved out it was obvious that after many years the property needed some renovation. I am overseas so arranging this myself is very difficult. Your Mrs Janette Keen has been very helpful in giving me advice on what to do to attract a good new tennant. For the bigger jobs she has put me in touch with contractors all of which have done very good jobs at reasonable rates. For the smaller jobs like garden shes given recommendations and arranged the work herself. Making decisions as a landlord about the property when your so far removed is usually difficult and stressful. However with Mrs Keen it’s been very easy. She either gives a recommendation based on her professional experience or provides the information so the decision is obvious. It has been a pleasure dealing with a professional like her who’s judgment I can trust. All this good work has come together and a tennant who looks very good and possibly long term will be moving in later this month.   This is the second time using Dee and Atkinson and once again everyone there has been amazing, hard working and so friendly and easy to deal with.   As Chairman of the Driffield Church Rest Houses Trust, and of the Nafferton Feoffees Charities Trust, I have been involved and in contact quite frequently with Simone Duggleby and the Lettings Team at Dee, Atkinson, and Harrison over many years. The former Trust has twelve letting cottages which are let to mainly elderly single clients, and some with physical or mental disability. Simone and Team organise all the client letting, making the tenant choice, with humanity and understanding, of their personality and social circumstances. She acts as the point of contact for all the maintenance and financial issues, and attends our quarterly Trust meetings, where she reports on maintenance and tenant issues. Over recent years she has been responsible for overseeing major refurbishment of several of the properties with great efficiency in dealing with tradesmen and the tenants. On occasions there have been wellbeing issues to manage, which she has done with delicacy and understanding too. She and the Team also had to lead us through a tenant eviction issue a few years ago, when she showed resolve and efficiency. The two cottages owned by the Nafferton Feoffees Charities Trust are old, and have maintenance issues periodically, and she and the Team have shown the same efficiency and courteous understanding with the tenants. I have no hesitancy in highly recommending the Lettings Team of D, A, &H, and commend them to be recognised for their outstanding teamwork and efficiency.
