Due to the lack of clarity in the mini budget on the timing and detail of the Stamp Duty holiday, we elected to postpone the closing time for our 8th July auction for 7 days.  Bidding is still continuing and will now close at 6.30pm on wednesday the 15th July.

The lack of clarity was in relation to the inclussion of second homes in the holiday which we felt was very important to many auction purchasers.  As it turns out, the holiday is only in respect of main homes and was effective from the time of the announcement.
