Since the Government announced on Wednesday that Estate Agents could reopen their offices, we have been busy putting everything in place to make the office environments as safe as possible for our staff and members of the public.  From Monday the 18th May our Driffield and Beverley residential sales and lettings offices will be staffed but we will continue until further notice to operate a 'Locked Door' policy.  This will mean that only people who have made a prior appointment will be allowed to enter the building.

We have carried out a deep clean of the offices and put further measures in place to ensure we can provide a safe environment.  Viewings and valuations will also be available but again, these will be carried out under strict rules.
